Signing in
- Go to the Customer Care Centre at https://customercare.gfi.com/hc/en-us and click on 'Sign in' in the top right
- Sign in using your Google or Microsoft credentials or alternatively you can create a new account.
- Remember - you will only be able to see the tickets associated with the email id that you used to submit the initial request
Viewing Requests
- In the top right corner click at your user icon and select 'Requests'
- You would be able to view all the requests submitted using your email id with their latest status.
- You can also view requests that you are cc'ed on.
