You are a GFI Software partner and have a question or issue regarding NFR licenses or subscriptions.

Resolution
Please refer to the guide below covering all NFR-related situations.
If you completed the Portfolio Exam before Feb 2
Your NFR subscription should have been automatically renewed.
If you completed the Portfolio Exam between Feb 2 and Feb 9
We will automatically re-assess partner levels and NFR eligibility on Feb 13, after which all relevant licences will be automatically renewed. If your licenses are not renewed after this date, please refer to the common reasons mentioned above.
If you encounter any issues with an NFR licence that should have been renewed
It may be due to one of the following reasons:

Licence Update Required: You need to generate fresh licence keys using your new NFR subscription. Please follow the instructions in this video: NFR License Update Instructions.

Multiple Accounts or Different Email/Name Used: If you have multiple accounts or used a different email address or name for the portfolio exam, fill out the GFI Partner Level & NFR Update Feedback form and we’ll review your case.
