What is an NFR subscription?
As part of our ongoing commitment to enable our partners to succeed, we provide NFR (Not For Resale) subscriptions at no cost. These subscriptions are designed for partners to use internally for testing, development, demonstration, and training purposes. While NFR subscriptions cannot be resold or transferred to customers, they give partners hands-on experience with the product to better serve their clients. Our NFR subscriptions include:
- Full product access for internal use
- Support for demonstration and training activities
- The ability to test and validate solutions
- A practical way to build expertise with our platforms
What are the eligibility requirements for receiving an NFR subscription?
For successful partners with active customer subscriptions, we provide a complimentary 12-month NFR subscription set to expire on January 31 of the following year.
Partners in the early stages of their journey with us receive a 3-month NFR subscription to support their growth. These 3-month subscriptions may be extended depending on status.
If you are new to GFI Software and have successfully completed the GFI Portfolio Training Course and Exam (this is a mandatory prerequisite) you can request an NFR subscription by clicking the Request NFR licenses button on this page.
I have a new NFR subscription but no licenses. My NFR subscription was renewed but the licenses were not. Why?
NFR licenses (not to be confused with the subscription that hosts them) are not automatically generated or updated. To generate licenses on your new NFR subscription or update licenses on your newly renewed NFR subscription, follow the instructions in How do I generate or update a license in my NFR subscription?
