Details
What is it?
An End-User Certificate (EUC) is a crucial document required in international transactions involving sensitive technology, equipment, or software. The EUC verifies the identity and intentions of the final recipients of the exported items. It serves to assure that these items are used solely for the purposes declared by the buyer, and that they comply with legal and regulatory export controls. This certification is vital for preventing the misuse or diversion of sensitive goods to unauthorized entities or activities.
I am a US End Customer. Do I need to sign this document?
Yes, you need to sign the EUC when purchasing Exinda and GFI Clearview. This is to certify that the software will not be exported by you outside of US.

One should already have been sent to you but if you cannot locate it, it is also attached at the bottom of this article.
