How can I see how many active subscriptions are under my partner account? – Customer Care Center

Situation

You have a partner account and you would like to see how many subscriptions are linked to your account.

Log in to the Accounts Portal, go to Manage > Subscriptions and in the search bar enter your Customer Id (CID)
Note: if you do not know your CID, you can find it on the Accounts Portal Home page listed under your avatar (on the left)
Click the filter button
Extend the Subscription section:
- under Subscription Status select Active
- under Next Billing Date Range select a date range starting from today and ending far into the future
Click Apply
The total number of subscriptions will be listed in parentheses next to the Subscriptions title on the left
