1. Access the partner letter template:

2. Make a copy of the document:
- Click "File" > "Make a copy" in Google Docs
- Save the copy with your company name in the title
3. Fill in the required information:
- Replace all bracketed placeholders with your specific details
- Ensure all sections are completed accurately
4. Convert to PDF:
- Click "File" > "Download" > "PDF Document (.pdf)"
5. Submit the completed letter:
- Open a new support ticket at https://customercare.gfi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
- Attach the PDF version of your completed partner letter
- Include "Partner Letter Request" in the subject line
