How can I find my GFI product trial key? – Customer Care Center

Situation

You need to find your GFI product trial key.

Note: If you are looking for a purchased key, refer to How can I find my GFI product license key?

Log in to the Accounts Portal
On the side menu, click My Account then select the My Products tab to load the list of your GFI purchases and trials
Locate the desired product trial and click More Details
On the Licenses page that opens, the trial key will be listed directly under the relevant product name

Note: Trial keys can only be used once per product. If you receive an error stating that the key has expired despite being newly issued, it means a trial key was already used at some point in the past.
