How can I download MSP/SaaS usage or invoice?

Situation

You have a Distributor account and you would like to download the MSP/SaaS usage for a specific invoice.

 

Resolution

  1. Log in to the Accounts Portal, go to My Account > Invoices and locate the relevant invoice

  2. Click the ellipses and select Download Usage

    Note: above the Download Usage option is the Download Invoice option in case the invoice is also needed
  3. From the confirmation pop-up choose the desired output (Single/Multiple) and click Download
  4. A confirmation message will appear at the bottom right of the window specifying the email address it will be sent to
