Situation
You need to download an existing subscription certificate or, following a mid-term modification, generate a new one.
Resolution
Note: this can be actioned only by Partner accounts that have visibility of the relevant subscription
To get started
- Log in to the Accounts Portal and go to Manage > Subscriptions,
- Enter a valid subscription number in the search box
- On the relevant subscription listing click ellipses > View Details

Alternative: if the customer's subscription number is not known, go to Manage > Accounts, enter the customer's company name or Customer ID (CID) in the search box, on the relevant listing click ellipses > View Subscriptions
then on the page that opens on the relevant subscription listing click ellipses > Details

To download a current subscription certificate
- On the subscription details page, click gear icon > View Subscription Certificates
- On the pop-up dialogue, click ellipses on the most recent listing > Download to start the automatic download
To generate and download a new subscription certificate
- On the subscription details page, click gear icon > Generate Subscription Certificate
- Wait for the confirmation dialogue to appear and click Download to start the automatic download
