How do I create an Enduser account?

Situation

You are a GFI Software partner and need to place an order for an Enduser that does not have a GFI Software account.

 

Resolution 

  1. Log in to the GFI Accounts PortaI
  2. Go to Manage > Accounts
  3. Click the gear icon (top right) > Add Customer
  4. In the popup window fill in the Company name and all the contact details and click Save

Note: For the Enduser to access their new account they will first need to visit our Forgot Password page to set their account password.
