Situation
A subscription was recently updated/renewed but the expected changes were not reflected in the relevant license. For example, the previous expiry or seat/user numbers are still showing on the license despite the correct information showing on the subscription.
Resolution
Note: This can only be actioned by Distributor accounts

Log in to the GFI Accounts Portal

Click Manage > Subscriptions tab

Enter the subscription number or license key in the search field

Click the vertical ellipses on the right side of the search result listed > View Details
- On the right side of the new window that opens, under the listing of the relevant product, click the Update link
- A pop-up window will appear with a summary including the correct expiry date and number of users > click Update to sync the license with the subscription
- Wait for the confirmation message
- For non-Kerio products, the license key will have changed, click the Cutsomer Tier tab (top left)
- Scroll down to see the updated key listed directly under the relevant product name (bottom right)
