How can I reset my GFI Accounts Portal password or set it for the first time?

Overview

You have forgotten your password or you need to set it for the first time.

Note: You have a three-hour window to complete the below password reset process from the moment you initiate it.

Solution

1. Go to accounts.gfi.com/ForgotPassword
2. Type your email address into the Email field
3. Click Send
   
4. Go to your email account and locate the email from GFI Software
   Note: If you don't see the email in your Inbox, check the Junk or SPAM folder
5. Click on the link provided in the email to proceed with resetting your password
6. Once you're directed to the password reset page, enter your new password twice to confirm it.
7. Click Reset to finalize the change.

Log In with Your New Credentials

1. Return to the GFI Accounts Portal login page
2. Enter your email and the new password you've just set
