Overview
You have forgotten your password or you need to set it for the first time.
Note: You have a three-hour window to complete the below password reset process from the moment you initiate it.
Solution
- Go to accounts.gfi.com/ForgotPassword
- Type your email address into the Email field
- Click Send
- Go to your email account and locate the email from GFI Software
Note: If you don't see the email in your Inbox, check the Junk or SPAM folder - Click on the link provided in the email to proceed with resetting your password
- Once you're directed to the password reset page, enter your new password twice to confirm it.
- Click Reset to finalize the change.
Log In with Your New Credentials
- Return to the GFI Accounts Portal login page
- Enter your email and the new password you've just set
