Overview
Creating a new Software as a Service (SaaS) or Managed Service Provider (MSP) license from an active subscription is a straightforward process.
Important Note: the monthly billing cycle for these subscriptions runs between the 1st and 7th of each month. During this time, no new keys can be generated.

Sign in to the GFI Accounts Portal

Click on Manage > Subscriptions tab

Enter the subscription number in the search field

When your subscription is listed click the verticle ellipses on the right > View Details

Under the Active Products section, find the product you want to generate a new license for and click Update

In the pop-up click Create New

Set the required license settings, such as the Operating System or extensions

Click Create New to generate the new license
502: Bad Gateway: if this error appears, it usually means there was a timeout in the Accounts Portal due to heavy backend traffic. This does not necessarily mean the request has not been queued. Wait 10-15 minutes and refresh the subscription page to see if the license has been created. If it does not appear after 30 minutes, please try again before submitting a ticket to our Customer Care team.
